The Emperor Motion Picture IP MAN THE FINAL FIGHT (IP MAN JUNG GIK YUT JIN) starred Best Actors and Best Actress Anthony Wong Chau Sun, Eric Tsang Chi Wai and Anita Yuen Wing Yi respectively, as well as Gillian Chung Yun Tung and Jordan Chan Siu Chun. In one of the major scenes Chau Sun and Chi Wai fought in the "duel of the century". Chau Sun's arms seemed to have been "steel clad" as he fought for 6 hours with Chi Wai. They both said it was a lot of fun.
Before the shoot, Chau Sun and Chi Wai spent two hours on the action design with the action director. They repeatedly practiced for three hours in order to complete the shoot in one take. Chau Sun with Wing Chun fought the White Crane style leader Chi Wai. They both were almost hit, when the shoot completed the entire set applauded and cheered. Chau Sun said that during rehearsal he wore protective gloves but in the actual performance he was bare handed. He never thought that the soon to be 60 year old Chi Wai still fought very well. His arms were also all bruised from the fight. Chi Wai pointed out that Chau Sun did not hold back and treated him like the human wooden stump. He was almost in the air from getting hit.
