Cherrie Ying is having a baby boy!
As reported on Groove Asia, at a promotional event that was held on 7 March, the Hong Kong actress revealed that she and her husband Jordan Chan will be first-time parents to a baby boy.
The 29-year-old actress, who is currently four-months pregnant, stated, "I am excited at the thought of having a baby boy. But I do wish to have a girl next time around."
Cherrie also revealed that she and her husband have yet to settle on a name for their son, but shared that they were thinking of naming him 'Chan Da Chun' or 'Chan Chun', taken from Jordan's Chinese name, Chan Siu Chun.
"But the physiognomist advised us against it as people with the character Chun (which means 'spring' in Chinese) in their names often get beaten up!" revealed the actress.
Cherrie, however, revealed that she has personally picked an English name for the boy and hopes to keep it as a secret for now.
The actress also shared that her husband has been treating her like a queen and stopped smoking and drinking in front of her.
This is the first pregnancy for Cherrie Ying after three years of marriage to "Young And Dangerous" actor Jordan Chan.
