The rumoured pair was ‘shielded’ by Taiwanese superstar Jay Chou in a Hong Kong club
Hong Kong artistes Fiona Sit and Jaycee Fang are speculated to have '˜reconciled' after the two were spotted together in the latter's car last week.
Jaycee reportedly introduced Fiona to his buddy Jay Chou on the night when the rumoured pair was pictured together, and the Taiwanese singer, who was in Hong Kong to promote his latest album, loyally acted as a '˜shield' for the two.
Jay was seen playing pool while the duo had their private time chatting at a corner of the club, hanging out till 4am before Jaycee sent Fiona home personally.
Rumours between the two first sparked after they co-starred in Young 2 in 2005. Four years later, Jaycee and Fiona worked together for the second time on Break Up Club and were romantically linked until 2011 when they were believed to have 'split'.
Despite being repeatedly speculated to be a couple, the pair has maintained that they are 'good friends'. When asked about the '˜date', Fiona said that she does not mind the rumours and even sang Jaycee's praises, calling him a 'good man'. However, she declined to comment on the chances of them taking their friendship to another level.
'No such thing as '˜reconciliation'. We only meet up for dinner occasionally,' she laughed.
