Hong Kong actress Cherrie Ying was seen for the first time since last month's public announcement of her first pregnancy.
The 30-year-old was spotted on the way to a pregnancy check-up last Tuesday, accompanied by her husband Jorden Chen.
The Hong Kong actor revealed that since Cherrie has stopped working, the responsibility of earning ‘’milk-powder money’’ lies entirely on him now.
He jokingly added that he is suffering from “pre-natal depression” as he always has to be careful not to make his wife angry.
Now about four months into her pregnancy, Cherrie was spotted in a baggy outfit and seemed to have put on a bit of weight.
Cherrie had to hold on to her husband while going up and down the stairs in heels. She is, however, still agile while walking on level ground.
When asked if the couple has found out the baby’s gender from the check-up that day, Cherrie’s manager said that the couple does not want to find out too early, as they “enjoy the sense of mystery”.
Cherrie was again spotted shopping in a pair of flats and baggy clothes with her friends two days ago. The mother-to-be did not make any attempt to disguise herself, and gladly agreed when people recognised her and asked to take photos with her.
