The former martial arts actor has reportedly written his will under the witness of his lawyer and actress Amy Fan

During Mid-Autumn Festival last year, former Hong Kong martial arts actor Gordon Liu was troubled by his family’s dispute over his assets and lost 5kg after he went on a hunger strike. Recent photos of the 57-year-old smiling and looking a bit fleshier seem to suggest that the family tussle over his wealth is now over.

It is reported that Gordon recently penned his will which was witnessed by his lawyer and actress Amy Fan. His cash assets which have been depleted by his medical fees are now under Amy’s management.

The actress mentioned that a caregiver is currently looking after Gordon, who has been undergoing physiotherapy. His monthly expenses are said to be paid using his savings and are handled by his lawyer.

Amy also revealed Gordon’s plans to sell off his property assets to raise money for his medical fees, should he fail to seek compensation from Eva, his long-time personal assistant who is being legally prosecuted for misappropriating the actor’s money.

However, she declined to disclose the details of his will and said, “I am one of the witnesses so I will not gain anything from it.”

It was previously reported that Gordon’s Thai wife and their children threatened him to give up his entire wealth and even wiped out his house in a bid to retrieve all his valuables, after he suffered a fall in August 2011 which led to a stroke that left him paralysed in the lower half of his body.
