Actress-singer Mimi Lo recently hinted that she may not be renewing her TVB contract this year.
As reported on Popular Asians, at a press conference for an upcoming TVB TV show in Tseung Kwan O, Mimi revealed that her contract with the company will expire in August 2013.
However, when asked if she would renew her contract, the actress revealed, I am still considering. But there are too many people [in TVB]. I don't think I will renew it."
Meanwhile, when asked if her husband Power Chan will follow suit, Mimi stated that Power's management have yet to make a decision following his contract expiration at the end of the year.
Nonetheless, Power expressed his intentions to continue working with TVB and plans to renew his contract when the time comes.
