Barely two months after Aaron Kwok bought a sports car for girlfriend Lynn Xiong’s 32nd birthday in October, the Hong Kong superstar, has again agreed to buy her a HK$20 million (S$3.15 million) apartment as a Christmas gift.
Sources revealed that Aaron generously fulfilled Lynn’s wishes for an apartment this Christmas when he knew of it and the model acted on it immediately by setting up appointments with the real estate agent.
Last Friday, Lynn was seen driving her sports ride from Aaron when she fetched an agent to the Grand Promenade in Hong Kong, for apartment viewing. She was surprised by the presence of reporters and claimed that she was with “a friend” and that she was there to visit friends and not purchase an apartment.
According to industry sources, the 1311-square feet sea view apartment that Lynn has chosen is worth HK$21 million (S$3.3 million); the price was reduced to HK$19.88 million (S$3.14 million) after negotiations. It is said that the owner is still considering the offer and that Aaron did not expect his girlfriend to purchase such a highly priced flat.
