Edison Chen has been dating his new love interest, Taiwanese-Korean Angela Meng for almost five months now. The couple has been photographed behaving intimately and very much in love on several occasions.
However, the lovebirds were recently spotted having a heated argument on the streets in Taiwan. Edison reportedly was very fierce, having reprimanded and even pointed his middle finger at her.
Rumour has it that Edison has patched things up with Angela soon after the tiff. Both of them seemed to be in high spirits and went to support Edison's godfather, Hong Kong veteran actor, Anthony Wong's, latest theatre drama together.
Edison even posted a group photo of Anthony, Angela and himself via his microblog, in turn sparking wedding talks once again.
The thirty-two-year-old has previously called Angela was "his true love" and he "was serious this time." He had reportedly proposed to Angela and disclosed he was getting married while drunk at a friend's gathering.
It was later denied by Edison's manager, who had regarded it as "fabricated news".
Edison's manager dismissed claims that the pair had a quarrel and commented they had "no problems at all."
"Maybe Edison is only complaining to Angela on work issues," he added.
