Rumour has it that TVB's top actor, Bosco Wong, is currently negotiating to work for Now TV.
Popular Asians reported that an eyewitness revealed that last April, Bosco was seen having a meal with Richard Li, the Chairman of PCCW Limited, which is also the company that operated the multi-channel digital satellite TV.
The source tells the media, "That night, I saw Bosco with Richard dining at Lang Kwai Fong Hotel's Celebrity Cuisine Restaurant. There were only two of them, not even Richard's bodyguards were present. Bosco and Richard chatted happily during the two-hour dinner and then left separately."
Meanwhile, another source disclosed that former TVB producer Mui Siu Ching and Lau Ka Hao, currently working for NOW, have approached Charmaine Sheh and Bosco Wong to join them earlier. Unfortunately, Charmaine's deal did not come through and Bosco has yet to give a reply though his contract with TVB is expiring next year.
However, when asked by the media about the meeting, Bosco denied having to meet Richard and said, "I don't know him, it must be a mistake."
