Actress Shu Qi wants nothing else for 2013 except for a prospering career in comedy and a love life.
As reported on Popular Asians, on 29 December, the 36-year-old actress updated her Babyou blog with a number of resolutions, including a year dedicated to filming light-hearted movies, and a new romance.
In the blog entry, titled "The Perfect Sheet Music Of No Regrets", Shu Qi expressed, "I hope to make myself busy in 2013. As for romance and love, I will seriously consider it. When will fate come to me? At the right time, in the right place, with the right people? I am also wishing that I will be able to end my single life!"
The actress continued, "I wish to be able to film more family-friendly movies and no tragic characters. I want to showcase a happier side of myself!"
While the actress had been busy filming a lot of serious roles in 2012, she is halfway in realising her comedy dream by starring in Stephen Chow's "Journey To the West", which will be released in February this year.
