An insider revealed that Moses Chan plans to include his actress girlfriend Aimee Chan’s name in the title deed of the HK$33 million (approximately S$5.26 million) villa that he just bought.
He added that the whole process – from looking for a suitable place, viewing of show flats to making the purchase –was done secretly to give Aimee a surprise. It was also said that Moses decided on the villa at The Beverly Hills located within the Tai Po district in the New Territories of Hong Kong after consulting a Feng Shui master, hoping that the new home would bring him career luck.
In addition, sources revealed that Moses will open a joint account soon to share his finances with his girlfriend, giving rise to speculations that the actor is indirectly confirming Aimee’s status as his wife-to-be.
His close friend said, “Moses is a serious guy while Aimee is lively and playful, but their different characters complement each other very well. He told us that it’s only a matter of time before he decides to get married. For now, he’s just saving up and preparing for his future with his girlfriend.”
Previous reports claimed that the Hong Kong actor bought the 4,000 square feet villa in preparation for his impending wedding with Aimee, although he has yet to confirm the rumours.
