Andy won 6 awards at IFPI Hong Kong Top Sales Music Award

Organized by IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry) Hong Kong, IFPI Hong Kong Top Sales Music Award 2012 was held at Kowloonbay International Trade & Exhibition Centre on 26 February 2013. Singers that attended the event includes Twins, Leo Ku, G.E.M, Joey Yung, Alfred Hui Ting Hang, Mag Lam, Adason Lo, Hubert Wu, Fala Chen to collect their music album’s result slip. A total of 68 awards were given out.

Singers from EEG were the biggest winner with a total of 22 awards between them, Leo Ku, Joey Yung, Twins and G.E.M won a total of 4 awards each, whereas Andy Lau whom did not release new songs for quite some time, with his compilation album We+Andy Lau Greatest Hits 2012 Mandarin and Cantonese compilation albums and concert DVD to win the Year’s Top Selling Cantonese Album and Year’s Top Selling Male Local Male Singer, a total of 6 awards to become the night’s biggest winner.
